GOLIATH FINANCE PLAN FOR CLARK COUNTY: PART 2

The internet demons have gotten Goliath last post on 'MBJM'

An alert reader noticed that the word 'independent' was spelled
wrong on the MBJM website!   What an embarassement!!

Thanks Alert Reader!!!  Goliath learn that website will be scrapped
and re-done by qualified webmaster...like YMC.

As for Goliath's big finance plan...VERY GRATIFIED to learn
that  plan well received.  Learn a few things too

1.   THE COUNTY SHOULD FURLOUGH PRISONERS that are non violent and non sex crime.  Information brought forth that
a few years ago only 60 not 150 of prisoner fit this category.   This actually really could save the county money.

Secondary to that Goliath have bright idea.... Over in Japan they have very little crime.  But when crime does occur,  financial punishment is more frequently imposed.  Would it not make more sense to impose fines that reimburse the county in which these crimes occur for the breach of the peace?  Use of police force who have to investigate and catch criminals?   Instead,  we sometimes
punish ourselves by locking these petty criminals up and taking on the job of feeding them and providing them
health care.  To keep the jail safe we even have tv. books etc.,

2.  SEX BUSINESSES
Coincident with Goliaths genius like posting,  the JEFFERSONVILLE SEX RING was broken up which
HT and others have been quick to seize on as yet another victim less crime that could be taxed.   HT even
provide photos of likely culprits though I assure you the photo of Goliath is a complete forgery!!!

Let's face it,, this historically Jeff's forte!  Just like Covington KY was to Cincinnati,  Jeff was always the
sin city of the Metro Louisville area. It worked great for 150 years then the prudes killed it! This is bad
as it made hypocrites of everyone!!  (Also it was bad for churches. if we get rid of the sins people don't
feel bad and don't go to church as much)

3.   ANNEXING PEKIN
Once again HT prove why he take first prize in big Best Blog poll when he come up with idea for Clark
County to use proceeds from sale of Borden to Floyd County to ANNEX PEKIN INDIANA!  THis truly
a stroke of genius!  Pekin has a  "Jack Leg Saw Mill"' (Quote of  late Bill Mosley, former SCHS teacher)
PLUS the 'Oldest Continuous 4th of July Celebration in the Nation"   That got to fit in nicely to  the Sex
Drugs, and Alcohol  general plan of Goliath.

4.  ZIPLINE UNLIMITED
Goliath add in a brand NEW idea.   Goliath propose Clark County Set up Zip Lines From North
Shore of Ohio River to Louisville  We could hook on top of  "THE HARBORS" and run it across to
the Humana Building.   Sell parking space at the old Colgate factry and "Park and ZIP"  Many many
commuter would pay to avoid the Kennedy Bridge Rush hour traffic!  Plus zip line is ECO FRIENDLY!!

I also see Ziplines from KNobs south of Borden into VODKA distillery in Hamburg so the old Clark County
Farmers and meth cookers can commute too!

5.    BIBLE WONDERS AND SINS MUSEUM!
Just like Covington AREa had big hit with Creation Museum and Noahs Ark,  Clark County USe the
Ammo Plant grounds for the world's biggest  BIBLE WONDERS and SIN MUSEUM.  
County builds  Replicas of  DESTRUCTION OF SODOM and GOMOrrah!  (Goliath was there and can
be consultant)   LOT and his DAUGHTERS!,   SAMSON KILLS THOUSANDS!  Battle of David and GOLIATH!!!!  (I hate that one but feel must include it to be fair and balanced)   DANIEL in LIONS DEN!!
We can also have CHRISTIANS IN THE COLISEUM ,   SEDUCTION OF POTIPHAR's WIFE!
SLAUGHTER OF THE BABES by God's Bear for making fun of Prophet Ezekial,  STONING OF THE
ADULTERERs!!  

    You get the idea SEX, VIOLENCE, TABOOS!!!  And its all BIBLICAL!  We would really rake it in on this here!
