Since Neil Young was in Buffalo Springfield...and since that band folded...and since former Buffalo Springfield member Dewey Martin attempted to restart the band and call it the New Buffalo Springfield...and since Neil Young sued Dewey Martin to not use that name...and since Dewey changed the name to the Blue Mountain Eagle...wouldn't that technically make Neil Young an Eagle?
