cause PURSE ADDICTIONS. Furthermores....With Big coffee shops and other Fun like placers,

we get the drug dealings OFF the alley ways between Maple and Chestnut and give them poor

dealers and drug Users a Warm place to operates in the Cold of Winter. It many and many a

time Goliath come down that there alley early of the morning and see them poor piterful dealers

standed out betwixt buildings shivering as them there wait to meet customers.
