Rumors of a "clawback" of the salary paid for one of the postions if it was ruled to be illegal!
CS and EZ are the two Jeffersonville City Council persons that allegedly would be named.
EH would not be a "co-defendant" yet unless he would win as a third party candidate, which is not probable.
