1. Strip deck of all metal and take to scrap yard for capital infusion.
2. But floats on side of barge with 'in river' swimming pool, with water slide, hot tub(s), 'orgy deck',
and daiquiri bar (of course serving semi frozen jaegermeisters)
3. Air conditioned tents erected on deck "poker tent" " dice tent" "roulette wheel tent" and "bar fight tent"
4. Base jumping off Big Four bridge.
5. Zip lines erected between Big Four and Kennedy Bridge , Goliath Barge and Shore.
6. Chicken Coop on Poop Deck.
7. Rotating musical acts. My friend Kid Rock is opening act. Then, rem, Annie Lennox, Amy Winehouse, U2,
Paris Hilton (she is surprisingly good),

Goliath beats the Big media boys again!
Remember back when Goliath claimed "Salvage Rights" over the sunken Star of Louisville's barge?
Yep, under maritime law, it rightly belonged to the big guy.
Now, I know that the salvage rights issue isn't a "REAL" issue like trees and yard sign wars, but when the barge was taken away from him, he was O-fend-ed.
He felt something was amiss.
