"The Wimmens are Supposed to be Followers behind their MEN"

Very very timely commentary by MR. GRUBB.  Apparently very much a  PUBLIC GOVERMENT
WATCHDOG

VIGILANT!

As a Southern Gentleman reading GAW, I must beg the question didn't this guy's mother
WARN him NOT to wear PLAID with PLAID?

It just sooo diminishes a NSBHM type performance !

Rule for public apearances:

One may only wear ONE plaid garment at a time.

Additionally, the rules of fashion dictate that
one may wear a STRIPPED shirt with a PATTERN tie,
but NEVER a STRIPPED tie with a PLAID shirt.

As an example, if I must, it is permissible to wear a madras tie with a stripped seer sucker jacket or full suit, of course with a solid color shirt.

Colors, of course, at ALL times should be well and tastefully coordinated.
The Red, white, and blue bow tie does try somewhat to pick up the theme of the light outer jacket,
but the color of the jacket seems to be fadding toward a pinkish impact. It doesn't quite work.

The colors of the tie and jacket are TRYING to possibly be appropriate
with ONE of the plaid shirts which has some dominant red in its pattern.
However, there is a SERIOUS clash with the second plaid shirt.
My oh my, what can one say about TWO plaid garments worn at the same time?

Further, the mutted grey button hensley worn under the jacket and two shirts could be a nice statement as a "layered look",
but only if worn casually
with an "open colar" affectation.

One must NEVER try to pull off the "open colar" jaunty look in combination with a huge, garish bow tie. It just isn't done!

You know every thing about Mr. Grubbs is SOOO together, you have to cut him slack on fashion sense.

"It takes a man to stand up to change the world"

Very very wise words.

You might want Erma to do a bit
on this guy's crib! She would really get into it! Probably some deluxe digs!

Goliath, I know that it isn't PC to say it, but I can't help it. This Grubb dude really does remind me of NSBHM.

They have to have trained at the same weird school of politics.

Can we get this guy to speak at the Jeff city council meetings?
HE COULD ALSO BE FEATURED AT THE Democrat MEN'S club?

Can you imagine he and NSBHM as a one-two punch in front of the council?

Draino!

Draino, sadly, I must inform you that Mr. Grubbs recently passed away.
He died an unnatural death. He was the victim of a fire in his Bloomington home.

No word on whether it was a suspicious fire or not.

Wait!!!! THis just in!!! I learned that Mr. Grubb was a Republican Precinct Committee man but it came out that
he had lobbied the Democratic Party Chairman to let him run on the Dem ticket for City Council in Bloomington!

Scandal! The man was discredited. His word no longer carried the same force in his appearances before Government groups! Tragedy!
