I think that the Indianapolis Republicans don't want it to go into 2012 because it would impact the 2012 elections.
GOLIATH: I know, I know. It is currently somewhat verboten to speak of abbysnana or the all-countieschatter.com on GAW. I know, I know, she REALLY irratates Hoosier Taxpayer somewhat too. (But then you irratate him with the latte/art type posts also!)
HOWEVER, several of the profs at the journalism school always sorta, kinda liked some of ol abbysnana's posts. She was fiery!
It reference to reading it now, and without taking sides, we can say: WHEW! and DOUBLE WHEW!
The journalism school is neutral, but you might want to look at Abbysnana's website.
It is really heating up with a lot of information.

INDIANAPOLIS — After Charlie White admitted to voting last year in a precinct in which he did not live during a strange 13-minute talk with reporters on his way into court Friday, his lawyer had a piece of advice for him.
"Shut up," Dennis Zahn told his client. He grabbed White by the arm and escorted him away from reporters.
In the hours that followed, it became apparent that Zahn was not the only one at odds with Indiana's secretary of state.
Sean Keefer, who was White's campaign manager and then his deputy secretary of state and chief of staff, resigned Friday.
Keefer's deputy position is established by law, and he would have assumed White's duties if, as many top Republican officials had urged, White took a leave of absence while his legal matters are being resolved.
A Hamilton County grand jury has indicted White on seven felony counts. He is accused of voter fraud stemming from his decision to register to vote at his ex-wife's address around the same time he was moving to a new condominium across the town of Fishers, Ind., last year.
Two special prosecutors allege that White did so in order to keep his seat on the Fishers Town Council. His ex-wife's address is within the district he used to represent, but his new condo is not.
White remarried last year, and he also divulged on Friday that the special prosecutors' investigation is also targeting his current wife.

The state’s top election official will face seven felony counts, including voter fraud, perjury and theft, a special prosecutor said today.
Secretary of State Charlie White, Republican, was accused of intentionally voting in the wrong precinct during the May 2010 primary, a potential felony. White turned himself in at the Hamilton County Jail Thursday afternoon and was released after posting $10,000 bond.
If ultimately convicted of a felony, White would have to give up the position that he won by a wide margin over Democrat Vop Osili in November’s election.
White has admitted to voting in a district where he no longer lived. The registered address was a home he had shared on and off with his now ex-wife until 2009.
White, who served on the Fishers Town Council at the time, updated his voter registration after moving into an apartment in the same precinct, following his 2007 divorce. Around February 2009, he moved back into his ex-wife’s home, and in November of that year began splitting time between his ex-wife's home and a newly purchased condo outside the precinct.
In February last year, White changed his voter registration back to his ex-wife’s address, claiming he was unsure when he would close on his new home. White blamed a whirlwind schedule for his failure to change his voter registration later to reflect his new condo’s address.
Special Prosecutors John Dowd, a Republican, and Daniel Sigler, a Democrat, also investigated less-serious charges that White's campaign neglected to place a payment disclosure on a mailer, as required by election guidelines.
Grand jury proceedings had taken place on and off at the Hamilton County Judicial Center for the past three weeks

Will anyone else at the CCC begin to expose the hypocracy of the double standard?
It will take a little effort, but it will most likely be done anyway well before the issues are discussed for the General Election.
Just how much does incumbent Jeffersonville City Council member Connie Sellers receive in TOTAL COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PAID BY THE TAXPAYERS by holding TWO paid jobs with the City of Jeffersonville simultaneously?
Salary # 1 from the Building Commissioner's Office as a "Code Enforcement Officer". Salary #2 as a member of the Jeffersonville City Council. Retirement benefits (Public Employment Retirement Fund ). Generous dental and medical insurance benefits. An office in the Building commissioner's area and a second office in the city council members' office area. (A general obligation municipal bond issue paid from the tax base by property tax payers pays pays the "rent" for these two spaces.) Support staff like the availability of a secretary, etc. Telephones in the two available offices plus a free mobile phone. Use of various office machines, computer and software, desks, filing cabinets, paper, etc. The cost of utilities: electricity, water, sewer, heat and air conditioning. A free auto paid for by the city property tax payers with free gas, maintenance and repairs, and insurance provided. Very generous travel allowances for hotel rooms, seminar costs, food and transportation reimbursement and allowance, etc. If a person is employed in a private business, all of these costs must be supported by having to work and fight to earn a profit before being able to pay for ANY of these very expensive items. In these tough economic times, NOW MORE THAN EVER, it is very difficult to keep a private business afloat. The value of all of these MULTIPLE TAXPAYER SUPPORTED COSTS can be estimated and totaled. Multiply the total times FOUR YEARS and what do you get? A pretty good deal that WE pay for.

NSBHM CAUGHT STALKING YET AGAIN!
It was already a foul enough practice the that ex spouses of the mayoral candidates, like those of TBP, MM, and TG, and soon to be KV, had been brought into the political races.
Now, NSBHM has EXPANDED his stalking.
A photo was taken of NSBHM following and photographing a female candidate for office! Chilling. Much more to come on this incident as the female candidate had been previously warned to beware that she might be physically stalked by this individual. Apparently, the Clark County Prosecutor is to be informed of the situation.

This excessive behavior is indicative of a pattern that could lead to an even worse situation.
Some would call a fixation like this potentially dangerous.
Following a woman around and then taking photos of her with her signs? Scarry. She should get a restraining order immediately. Don't take a chance.
Teresa way too tough to get intimidated by this nutty guy. She talk to Goliath and say, "I'm not worried about him... I pump iron (really!). I could whip his butt up and down Market if he tried anything really stupid."

Does he have a wholesale auto dealer's license in Indiana? I thought that you has to get a license if you bought and sold a certain number of cars a year? Isn't there a requirement to have a physical car lot after you reach a minumum number of title transfers a year?
