Jeffersonville Attorney under Investigation
Feb. 5 JEFFERSONVILLE- Chief of Detectives Barry Moofin confirmed that the FBM PD has opened an investigation into activities of local attorney William P. "Perry" McCall for allegations of TOS laws involving his activities on the evening of Feb 3 thru the 5th of this year.
According to Det. Moofin, McCall appears to have posted socially violative messages on a social media. At 2 p.m. at O'Shea's in downtown Jeffersonville, Moofin released the following statement:
"We have opened a formal investigation concerning Mr. McCall and his use of social media. As a preliminary matter, it is important that I emphasize that this is just an investigation and not an accusation at this stage. Mr. McCall, like every other criminal is presumed to be innocent at the beginning of an investigation.
In this matter Mr. McCall appears to have posted inappropriate insults to loyal patriots expressing their appreciation of the nation's commander in chief after the State of the Union address which was awe inspiring to all loyal Americans. Further, he is apparently the author of a comment that included the phrase "K--ky ass morons" and to have freely written "Grab them by the P----" If proven, McCall could face a lengthy sentence in (FB) Jail.
At this point we are attempting to determine if anyone else might have accessed McCall's account at the hour these posts appeared under his name. We consider every possibility and often times these cyber criminals claim "someone else" used their account to post the offensive language when they are found out. On a preliminary basis, however, we have checked over 1,000 random iphones, PCs and other devices and not one of them seems to have been logged onto by anyone to access McCall's FB account. The net is drawing tighter onto Mr. McCall. We are going to obtain a warrant to seize McCall's iphone, personal computer and his TESLA automobile to determine if one of these were used to make the offending posts"
Chief Moofin released copies of the offending posts. We warn readers, in advance, that some of the
language herein is graphic and may not be suitable for viewing if you are a child under the age 5 or
a Trump supporter.
GAW reached out to Mr. McCall for comment and our telephone messages were not immediately responded to within the first fifteen seconds of our leaving a message (to try and let him give his side of the story in a fair manner) before news deadlines forced us to rush to print.
GAW will keep on top of this story with updates as they come in if they shed more light on McCall's alleged wicked deeds ...allegedly.
edia.
