Latest update on the NO TOLLS Vote Round #3 at tonight's city council meeting in Jeffersonville. Ed Z and Barbara Wilson have now also allegedly awakened and will reportedly vote against tolls and for the resolution to be re-introduced by Councilman Fetz. Ron Grooms is still deciding and Nathan Samuels is apparently still in favor of the tolls as of this morning.
As of 5 PM the vote tally is predicted to be 5-2 FOR Councilman Fetz's resolution opposing tolls. Mayor TG along with councilperson NS and RG have drunk "The Blade's" propaganda that Kentucky won't go along with the new downtown bridge without tolls. A leaked report from a source at the Indianapolis Star says that the "Major Moves" money earmarked for Indiana's portion of the cost of the new bridges has been used to balance the state budget. the state's income has dropped with the recession. The council meets at 7PM tonight.

Isn't "The Blade" the affectionate nickname Indiana Governor Daniels earned while he worked for President Bush in DC?
Councilman Fetz's resolution AGAINST TOLLS passed 5-0-1 with Nathan Samuels voting no and Ron Grooms "abstaining". Keith has picked up four votes for the resolution!
Golaith: Where did they spend the "Major Moves" money? It was generated from the sale of a Northern Indiana highway and was to be utilized for the Jeffersonville bridges!
